The best commander in my opinion need: Rangers, half-track, some artillery, some "Ability" like 150 ammo = 75 fuel, or 50 fuel or 100 ammo = 600 manpower but the next 2 min the income of manpower down the 30% and finally a Pershing.
Rangers: 2 command points
Half-Track: 3 command points
Artillery: 6 to 9 command points
The "Ability": 10 command points
Pershing: 11 command points
