I'm not sure what happened to my post, it seems to have been mangled by Coh2.org.
I'm currently trying to replace the animator (model) of an entity blueprint(ebps), but the tools to do so don't seem to work in the official mod tools. Any advice?

Nevermind, I solved this problem with a workaround. Unless there's a better way, I've been copying the entire entity blueprint and replacing it instead of replacing the animator inside. Hope that helps somebody.
