Resources of what? You want to change the cost of units, reinforce costs,abilities cost or even resource income?

instead of going to the sbps like in the tutorial you go the ebps file of the unit you want to change. The cost of a infantry squad is all the individual costs combined.
Then you change the values in teh cost.ext folder. popcap is listed there too but you should use the poulation.ext for that (personell pop_

I went to ebps and tryed to modify the cost of the unit but it still cost the same
