American Commanders, we need some power.

Iam proposing some ideas for american commanders. American is a little under powered at the moment. If everything is left as is, I think some strong commanders is whats needed. Here are my ideas on this subject

Rifleman sprint (activated or an added bonus at vet 2-3 ala lieutenant?)

Sherman Jumbo
Large AoE artillery strike of some sort

I would really like some feedback and some suggestions on these.

I just have some Ideas on what might make the US a more playable faction. Commanders are a way that one can add units, ability's, and such. There is already a lot of talk about buffing and rebuffing and nerfing. I am just suggesting an alternate way to handle the same situation. By simply adding, not modifying or taking away. Adding to the game as is. Hope this helps.

I guess i think the USF needs more help than they really do. They just have some of the worst generals in my opinion. And standing alone, with no doctrines they dont have the best army. Man for man, tank for tank; the Americans need help. or maby i need help. I just cant play any other faction for some reason. Thanks for the feed back guy and gals.

I play mainly USF. I think they are fine and not nearly as weak as they are made out to be. Sure they could use some improvements and more 'exciting' commander choices, but they have some good options right now and in my experience it's the player who is lacking not the faction.

In regards to the commanders you came up with.....some of those would be complete OP.

give rifles green cover on demand, sandbags please.

they are powerful, but have little defensive abilities/boost to shrug off lmg fire later into the game. give them ability to build better cover so they can take the 1st few burst of fire without losing a model when A+move lmgs start coming.

paras need abit of help survivability wise to justify their price, after all, they are 390mp and 120munition per unit, not sure why they dont match obers in terms of durability and dps.

Lol, you want more firepower when you already have the Priest "Godlike" artillery unit, rifles with Bars and LMG upgrades that trump anything the Germans can throw at them barring the Obersoldatens, and finally Shermans that can squad wipe easily.

No, the US doesn't need anymore firepower since they already have enough.

-Veteran Paras (Elite infantry that come with LMG upgrade for free and wipe out any infantry without a scratch, can also magically pop out of houses)

-Nuclear bomb (Zeroing artillery)

-Upgunned Bazookas (Give rifles an AT gun that isn't useless, oh and it makes you immune to cold for whatever reason)

-Replaces RE troops with combat engineers.

Sound familiar? :)
