Not like it is my business or something - but I guess each of staff members on COH2.ORG serve for certain purpose having specific obligations.
Logically the question: "Should XcomReborn be given Global Admin Powers?" leads to a counter question: Should not(!)XcomeReborn be given Global Admin Powers?
... and if answer to 1st one is "YES" - answer to 2nd q. is "NO", which then states: If You are not(!)XcomeReborn you should not be given Global Admin Powers
