I wanted to see what commanders are for sale on steam and i found an error. Steam is telling you which commanders you already have (or anyhing else that is in your library) but.... i got the scavenge Doctrin for OKW already from War spoils but Steam does not tell me that. So if i didnt notice that, i could buy it and have a duplicate. I did not try to complete the buy so i dont know if Steam is informing you at the last minute.
So to everyone, be carefull.
To RELIC, please look at this.

War Spoil method
Play game - get drop - in inventory
Buying from Store method
Buy from store - registered to your steam account - in inventory
The part I highlighted in red is why it is so. War Spoil doesn't register the item to your steam account. Only to CoH2.
