I would like to know what is your point of view to this subject.
1. B-4 or ML-20
2. B-4 doctrine or ML-20 doctrines?

I find ML-20 easier to vet (4 shells per barrage).
It comes with Guards (I prefer them over Shocks)
FAB-50.
If I go for Ml-20, I choose T34/76 as my main AT power. Why? Because I can ram or block (and sacrafice 1 T34/76) heavy target, then use direct ML-20 shot + Fab-50. None tank will survive such combo. It has nice rotation speed, punish for blobs.

B-4 is hard to vet. You have to be lucky to hit something, but since vet and direct shot it's a monster.
However it has very slow rotation, comes with KV-1 so I will not be able to spam T34/76. Rather use KV-1 as damage sponge for SU-85 so I lose mid-game advantage which T34/76 provides me.

What is your opinion? B-4 is better than ML-20?
Counter-attack doctrine is better or worse when compare to ML-20 doctrines?

You know what's better then a ML-20? 2 ML-20's!

Seriously, a hit from the 152mm does immense damage, and with 8 rounds you are bound to hit something.

I use Terror commander to push with fast t34 and kv-8, covered by Ml-20's. Conscripts to cap and AT nade, and agressive enemies can be pushed off with the propaganda thingy. Tigers can be rammed by T34, followed by IL2 bombing run/Ml-20 shelling.

Last week I had a 2 vs 2 where my ML-20's racked up 100+ kills together. At vet3, there is always one busy bombarding.

Someone famous said "Artillery is the Queen of the battlefield". In vCOH, I was a happy arty user, in COH2 it is harder to make it effective, but finally I have found a way :)

Excuse me, I don't get it.

#B4lyfe. German heavies are no problem at all. At 3 vet it will oneshot Jagdtigers if you get a good hit. PB for 4v4 is 2 B-4 doing 135 and 84 kills. PB in 2v2 it is one B-4 getting 87 kill.

Having problem with blobs of Nazi infantry, or Nazi tank spills vodka?
Call +7-499-203-Gaubitza and we divide to more manageable pieces, order now.
Only single shot you say? No worries comrade, soviet artillery only needs single shot.
Lack of range? This is propaganda by enemy. Range is not problem with OKW trucks.
Lack of aim? For only the cost of single rifledivison we can get Yuri the aimer to be sober for 1 minutes, making perfect aim. After that he will celebrate victory or miss with vodka. Please pay more to get him sober.

You did not get my point :)

If I choose B4 doctrine, and use KV-1 what's the point of using T34/76? T34/76 + KV-1 is bad combination when compare to KV-1 + SU-85.

Ive been wondering about the ML20 vs OKW, but for me it fires quite slowly and still isnt the most accurate.

As for B4, I prefer to vet it with direct shot. Dont try to use direct shot as a reactive ability, because it turns too slow and will not work. You need to position it where you expect armour, obviously with line of sight and wait for the right moment, it will fire quickly when used like this, and usually hits. Once you have vet you can just use the other ability.

Ok, I'm using B-4 for 2 weeks and... God, I love it. I could even die for my sweet B4. ISU is game winner? Pfff... You should check B4!
Once vetted is awesome. When get vet 3 it's "One-hit tiger". It consumes large amounts of ammo but it's worth it.
My best is 1 shot to kill Tiger Ace (a little damaged by KV1) or 23 models :D

I love Axis guys reaction when they suddenly lose their tanks out of the battle.

Exactly! It is the charm of using it.
Someday when I get sober (so late 2020s ) I will make a compilation of B-4 kills. I have a lot of them frapsed, some being really nice.

B-4 is ways better but I like ML-20 more.
I have game when my teammate B-4 near my ML-20 got vet-3 with many Inf and armor kills but my ML-20 just got 6 kills from the entire match. at least it good for shooting OKW trucks...

I prefer the ML-20. You can generally rely on it to do damage without having to pour too much ammo into it. The ML-20 also comes in a lot of different doctrines.
