Axis infantry isn't the problem IMO, it's the heavies and the synergies that OKW enjoys compared to the other factions. You can counter most OKW infantry strategies in bigger games.

ISU / IS2 and Jackson, OTOH, is difficult to counter the Tiger / Mega-Tiger waves you invariably get in 4v4. Even early game pumas, not necessarily a massive problem in smaller games, can tilt balance with crappy bazookas and stuarts.

You have said "Four T34s supported by guards/ZiS".
That is (310MP + 100FU) * 4 + 320MP (ZIS) worth of 1560 MP and 400 FU.
"enough to take out a King Tiger" which is 720MP and 260FU.

Now imagine situation where OKW player have units of same total cost.
Say KT + 2 Volks with schreks + Raketen.

Who you think will be victorious?

I'd prefer a nerf of OKW rather than buff of all other factions. SImplest solution (although may have repercussions). Buffing three factions takes a lot of work, plus it could lead to power creep

Yay so that mean we have 4 broken factions with shitty meta and a boring game which is probaly still broken because some new problems will appear because of senseless nerfs. just because you guys wanted the lazy-ass method.

Nurf kubel

nurf flak hq penetration

make okw pay for their lmg's for falls and obers

nurf stuka

give okw the 66% munitions back. IM TIRED OF SHREK BLOBS

make t34/85 non-doc

make priest non-doc

give usf elite troops equivalent to paras in t4 building

give usf pershing commander

buff zooks

buff Jackson pen

buff BARS






Only kubel, need to be nerfed and the rest is BS.

Hard to say. I honestly think that would come down to how they plan the attack, who plays better. Guards can button the KT, then use your ZiS to fire it or bombard the volks while you flank and kill the Racketen?

I haven't played for a while, but 4 T34s should be able to take out a Racketen and two Shrecks pretty handily right? Even if they lose one, you can use the remaining three + ZiS to run circles around the KT with it's super slow RoF and Turret.

I do play allies but not in 4vs4.
I´m only saying that OKW late game shouldn´t be tuned down cause it is destroying team games.US just need a late game buff. OKW is based on the late game. well it suposed to be, but that fucking kubel is destroying US.

It is unlikely that any huge structural change will come in the near-future. Best put a bandaid solution until long-term fixes are finished

First of all, why do you have four T34's trying to take on a KT? Lol, by late game you should have multiple Is2's, 152's etc etc. All you people complaining about how underpowered allies are, sound like babies. How about coordinating a p47 strike on a KT then rolling in armor to sweep up the HALF DEAD KT?
Axis armor naturally crushes other factions armor late game. Look at history. You really think T34's are supposed to hold a candle to a freaking pirate shit on wheels (KT)? Win early game... As far as the Americans go, I agree that they are underpowered. The Kubel is easily countered by maxim, I don't understand where people are saying that should be nerfed.

nope nope nope, maxims is suppressed quickly by kubel, thus, making maxim shoot slower.

Also the retreat bug makes maxims un-viable ATM.

Agreed, at present the OBK are fantastic in larger team games and I don;t believe it's just late game - they seem to be more than capable at all tiers of the game, in fact I think in team games they are particularly difficult early game too with their Kubels and sturm-pios (I actually think sturm pios were much better balanced last patch thought to be fair)!

As suggested on a recent thread and earlier in this one, Relic needs to strongly think about imposing some more balanced multipliers/penalties to BOTH factions for balance in 3/4-a-side games.


Kappa they nerfed sturmpios they didn't buff them. READ PATCH NOTES

I'm cool with all that stuff up there but muni income you are seriously overdoing it. The reason you always see shrecks blobs is because OKW dont have anything to spam all their ammo into except mines. If the LMG upgrades need to have a price then they have something to sink their ammo into. If I couldn't get LMG upgrades as ostheer as a way to throw away all my muni I would probably be spamming pgrens with shrecks right now. And stuka is also one of the easiest things to avoid in the game.
