Kubel was buffed last patch, so T1 is good start against OKW (m3 and snipers are pretty good against OKW). But what next? At 6-7 min Puma arrives and can demolish snipers and m3..
So going guards is must. And there we will have 2 options:
- T2 and waiting for call-ins
- or T3 for fast t-34, but without AT gun it could be hard to counter OKW panther?

AT Guns are needed for the soviets most of the time to handle late German steel. Panthers can be countered with mines too and a couple of t34s to flank and hit its rear armor guided with mark vehicle if u went guard motor/mechanized support. Another strategy I can recommend is Cons+t2 with fast t34 then call-ins as T1 can be wiped off with the later OKW units. T1+T2 also works...depends on what your prefer.
