Soviet: Fear propaganda strike
USF: paradrop
okw: stuka fragmentation airstrike
Ostheer: stuka smoke airstrike
bulletins, too many to sort through and I deleted files from previous version so cant really compare them
edit: new bulletins have been adde din one convenient folder, ill make a list later

I did get one of the new bulletins for Russia today. It it made guards 2% harder to hit and 3% sight. Hopefully all the other new ones have this same interesting effect.

I think I have one new one for Infrared Searchlight, it increases the rotation speed of the light by 8%.

well, it surely must be RARE, since I haven't seen one EVER in anyone's loadout ...
And While I constantly fight guys who carry multiple IS2 or ISU bulletins, I must have them shaking in their cheap soviet boots with my 3% Volks accuracy bonus rofl ...
