CPU teamkilling

Team member quit and I noticed his AT guns where pointing at my HQ and attacking ground there, eventually destroying it. Presumably this is how he set them before leaving but I would have expected the CPU to move the guns somewhere else. They seemed to be stuck there, unlike the other ceded units.
