weird shadow appeared

hiya guys,

I've started making a map and have been using the tutorials with pretty much no problem.

I was finishing some detailing and then all of a sudden this weird shadowing appeared, does anyone know how i can get rid of it?



also i dont know if it is important but if i put the 32m grid on it seems to be just in that one grid

You have simply exceeded the 8 layer texture tile limit in that 32x32m Chunk.

theres a limit? didnt know that lol... so i just need to merge or remove one of the texture layers then?

you could do that, or you just fill that chunk whit one texture and re paint it whit less layers, to view layer counts and chunk borders use the "Texture tile painting mode"(TILE) and click once on the "Layer Counts" and "Chunks" buttons.
