Scorecard Signatures

So I've seen a few people with Scorecards in their signatures and I can't work out how to achieve that. Can anyone explain how its done or direct me to a thread that does?

in your case
SteamId is set to private for user id 11408. Set it to public if you want to link to your playercard via your user id.
seems like userid doesn't work, then via steamid

Reason: Nboaram's Steam ID is private. Make it public and the playercard will be visible.

that's the problem if admins can even see private attributes, you stop think about it
