i got this idea from this thread which in turn got its idea from here. So thank you Qvazar and stainville this is simply an extention of your ideas and insperations. i have broken it down into 5 steps so youc an understand the process im going for.
1. basically like many of the top level streamers who display there coh faction levels on twitch like trophies. have a place on your profile where you can plug in your faction levels for everyone to see.
2. then make a search function looking for all players on coh2.org that are the same level as you or close to. (there would need to be filters obliviously.)
3. then you can send a challenge basically a pm with enough info to get together and play a match.
4. the recipient can then respond in whatever way is made available and finish organizing the match
5. then they play the match.

The DoW section of GR had something similar to this; by linking your steam profile to your account, your ELO got shown below your profile pic. Since steam does show your online ranking for some games it supports, it shouldn't be impossible to do for CoH 2 if they get the same, or a similiar, kind of steam layout. (Not speaking for coh2.org at all now, just personal speculation.)
No spreading out, no fancy stuff, just smash through. Let's see how those degenerate sophisticates handle a healthy dose of pure unreasoning violence.
