How and where do i access the options for my files?
Currently other people cannot view them. and i am unable to delete any that i have uploaded...
clearly im missing the area where i can edit the "My Files" section of my account on this website. thanks.

I don't think it has any of this functionality... I see Janne252 reading the topic, I bet he knows...

You can only share your files via direct links to the files. You can access your files by moving mouse cursor over your avatar in the top right corner of the site and then by selecting "My Files".
