Hi,
I am currently working on a map and I wanted to have a custom loading screen, I created the tga file with the correct name and placed it where all my other map files are and made sure that the picture was 1920 x 1080.
Whenever I test it the game just presents a black screen when loading the match.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thanks
Custom Loading Screen Problem!

After you have all of the files together in the right folder, ensure that you then load up the scenario and export the package.
If you've already done this, it may be something wrong with the image itself. When you save the tga, do you have any additional options that it asks of you?

Hey,
Thanks for replying,
Yeah I did export the package once the tga file was saved to make sure everything was in order.
When exporting the image in Illustrator though I do get two input boxes that allow for further input.
I just click ok and continue but perhaps there is something that needs to be changed here?

Second Image:
When loading the map it does seem to read the file but it just displays blackness so it must have something to do with some sort of options, the size is correct as I made sure the picture was 1920 x 1080. I tried with an image from Google and also a screenshot from the game but no luck.

Absolutely right. Try to ensure that all minimap and loading screen images are 24 bit/pixel, and that should work fine. Save them, name them, stick them in the folder, and export.
It should work a charm! Far easier than it used to be!

You can also copy a old working background for a map and rename & insert the new picture.

Aaah!
Something as simple as that, changed it to 24 bit and works like a charm!
Thanks for the help, really appreciate it.
