No. If the last member of a PaK or a mortar will flee of the map why should it be different for vehicles?
In addition EVERY model would have to be animated againg (opening the doors, etc.) and this is A LOT of work which in fact won't do anything for the game. Relic won't change some little things which need that much effort. There are cosmetic changes that are more important e.g. the team colors.

What high five said. No point. Why give someone men and let them retain veterancy for LOSING a tank.

Maybe its too much for tanks, but i think it should be on light vehicles atleast, because a tank crew isn't a fighting unit at all and it would require micro to get a light vehicle to vet 3 and it would give it more value and also gives something back for keeping your vehicle alive. And also because in late game light vehicles die like flies

When your light vehicle has reached vet 3 it has paid for itself far earlier than that. That's the reward. You shouldn't be rewarded again when you let it be destroyed. Also, a chance to escape sounds like more RNG, which is not a good thing imo.
