I don't know if that is the right forum for this kind of stuff, but in the commander list on Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/sale/Company_of_Heroes_2_Commanders/) the Armored Assault Tactics Commander is listed twice.
Also the Advanced Warfare Tactics Commander seems to be missing.

Advanced Warfare was a promotional commander. It's not in the store, just like the Close Air Support commander.
You'll notice Lend Lease and the Puma commander aren't listed either, because they were free.
The Armored Assault dual listing is probably just a bug.
