Some solutions for the game balance

Hi!
I played like 100 or more games after patch. Im pretty good (or at least not bad) player. Im not soviet or geri fanboy. I really loved march 25 patch - usage of ground etc. but as everyone will agree - Germans are OP at the moment (like 40/60 in Geri favour). So, there are some solutions of mine to make balance better
1) Grenadiers and conscripts - when grens and cons first come to BF with just their rifles, they are pretty good balanced, but after g41/LMG appears Grens become just kick-ass and easily wipes out soviet infantry, in same time conscripts PPSH cost was increased to 40 muni but after patch PPSH sux, cons just becoming bad at all distances with this upgrade. Solution: decrease combat efficiency of LMG\g41 (increase cost to 80 muni as optional). Increase PPSh combat efficiency.
2) As we all know pio's are ridiculously strong at the moment, when the CI really bad. Solution: Increase pio cost to 240MP, decrease IC cost to 160MP OR just change combat efficiency.
3) I think guards should be changed a little bit. They come with 4 rifles and 2 useless against infantry PTRS, to make them strong there is 'musthave' upgrade - dp-28 witch is very expansive (100muni). I think they should come with 6 rifles and 2 possible upgrades - 2xPTRS for 20muni and 2xDP-28 for 80muni

Also, i really dont like that penals got better rifles then conscripts. I think they should come with the same rifles as cons have, and conscripts should have upgrade for 2-3 SVT rifles witch will be something close to g-41 but worse ofc. In same time, due to decreased combat efficiency of penals their cost should be changed to like 180MP and make them more like osttruppen - a cannon fodder (like they were during ww2).
P.S. Before patch soviets had stronger infantry but weak, compared to german, tanks, after patch soviets got weak both infantry and tanks compared to geri one

Some good ideas. I think the balance is almost there, but...

1. Simply make Soviet combat engineers comparable to Pios (either DPS range buff or health);

2 Make Conscript DPS slightly higher at close range (create an almost Ami rifles / Volks parity)

These simple tweaks would probably shut down 70% of complaints and provide a basis for further balance.

Next up would be penal alterations, M3 buff and (gasp) tweaking PzG armour *upwards* a little.
