Using call-ins only was already a viable strategy so why would anyone build T3/T4 now?
Imho a much better rounded solution would have been to simply increase the cost of all vehicles by 30%.

Rifles and Volks lethality is even higher than the current G43 Grens

The small arms changes are what interests me the most.
If you had PPSH's available there wasn't a reason to not put them on all units, but now with the changes to their damage at range there is a decision to make with consequences that changes the very tactics of the unit.
Upgrade to PPSH's now and you've for-fitted 1/2 of the squads possible damage output at med and long ranges, now to get the most from the unit you need to get in close, and you're more vulnerable to kiting.
Now it would seem that upgrading for instance 2 out of your 4 cons would seem the better choice (depending on opposition unit composition), However that's not to say that upgrading all cons with PPSH's and being very aggressive or upgrading none and kiting using range isn't a viable option either, again depending on the opposition.
This i like very much, The decision that leads you to upgrade or not isn't one of automation, but rather situation.
With the coming changes its seems that things are starting to make sense with the previous changes. There was some complaints out having 3 PPSH's with cons, but now it makes sense, to have any less than 3 PPSH's would mean they would retain far too much dps with the standed rifles at range while keeping a good degree of close range dps with the PPSH's when upgraded.
It would seem now that the upgrade changes the unit rather than making it all around better with no down side.
I think this also add credence to the armor of shocks, now its not merely good armor due to cost of unit, but rather the armor is needed to allow the unit to get in close and do damage as at range the damage is negligible.
(please excuse my over use of 'it would seem', but this is all conjecture until release and we see the execution of the mechanics in action)

My suggestion is to play for a few days before posting feedback as there is a bit of a learning curve. That said, we look forward to getting your well constructed thoughts on these changes and reading any suggestions/feedback you may have.
Edit: keep in mind the CP cost of vehicles was adjusted last update. We wanted to play these changes out before determining if CP values needed a further increase.

During late game ML20 howitzer and 180 muni shturmovik will rape Germans ignoring green cover.
This is definitely an interesting patch but I'm afraid it will give us lots of headache.

I think guard motor will be better.
Do you want 1 T34/76 for 225 fuel or 2 T34/85s for 220 fuel?
