Please add a system to see all of users post in a list so that we can check our post anytime from our profile and can check new reply in our posted topic.

Please also add a notification system on post, so we can get notified if someone reply.
notification option will be like on/off enabled. like If I dont want to get notified from a specific post I will keep notification off. like that I mean.

You can already look at all of a users post. Click on their name and then there is a big button saying new posts. Click that.
As for subscribing there is a way around that at the moment. You can create a filter that shows new replies in topics where you posted. Here, just make sure you save Ithe filter, I made it for you. You can access it from the top left logo.
