Need help with the stream

Hello guys.. Im trying to set up stream as well for the past few days
but I keep having one problem or another ..
At first I was lagggin alot at full 1050p HD so I had to lower . even thought I think my connection ( 7mb up should handle it ) Now I have another problem then when I stream , my stream "blinks" all the time. Anyone have any idea why? I use FFsplit

my junk PC specs are
CPU = Q6600
GPU = ATI HD 4870 1GB vram
RAM = 4 Gbs

FFslip settings.

Don't use ffsplit try something else. I would recommended open broadcast software. Just google it. It's so simple to use.

Well thank you but non of that was any helpful.. lol
I have tried xspit but i get blinks there too..

It means the game capture is not working correctly from directx, just try with running the game in windowed mode then.

We're currently working with Inverse on updating it but all the necessary should still be relevant.
