Sounds like the main issue is radio intercept. We will look into it.
Yeah building and unit information is probably enough. No need for defensive structure info as well.

Since few are using it anyway, exchanging some of the abilities couldn't hurt. :)

nothing wrong with this commander, just a well rounded commander which is rare with the soviets. radio intercept is seem fine, no one complained about it before this commander but maybe location of mines and bunker should be removed seem a bit silly

Okay, let them rename the ability to "Radio Half-Intercept".

Put guards instead, in all of them and there! NKVD have something appealiong suddenly(guards+prop arty), AA have early game presence and guards match advanced warfare anyway :P and german whiners don't have to deal with "op information about what they have built" everyone happy!

Actually i think the main thing that has come from this post, is that this is the most polished commander currently available and that the others need to have some abilities changed. Then their abilities may complement each other better giving us more choice. Be nice to have commanders fit play-styles better than have one the the top pick of the bunch.

i guess the radio intercept could not show the location of enemy mines, however it must show buildings/ what stuff is made. Or maybe just say mines built, but not the location.

Radio Intercept also was fine in vCOH. I think the main balance issue right now is the Sniper problem.

I see no one complaining about the maphack ability in the Partisans doctrine.
Radio is far from being a maphack as it just briefly tells you what has been built. The G43 interrogation is harder to pull off, i agree with that, but it gives you much more info. I'd be excited to see the reactions if Relic implemented radio trangulation for soviets. Another thing that was fine in vCOH.

Saying radio intercept is a map hack is like saying SU-76 is a tank hunter.

You want to see maphack? Try interrogation.

That thing is not working like beta before. I know it's maphack, but it is now too hard to find injured cons around for your G43 to activate maphack, more important it is not always the timing you need the intel.

Radio, is lol, all game long.

Radio intercept would be fine If,
-It doesn't notify where bunkers and mines have been built(I'm ok with fuel and munitions cache notification)
-It comes in at 1cp

I agree that revealing the specific locations of mines and defensive structures is not necessary for Radio Intercept but if it's moved to 1 CP you might as well remove it from the game.

I think devs should disable all units for soviets except the conscripts. This would be a great balance.

Conscripts have oorah.
Last time I've read german players posts, oorah is something between soviet nuclear arsenal and homing meteor strike when we talk power, so conscripts obviously would be much more then needed to win. I propose CEs, but we need to take upgrades out, they are OP because they can instakill ubermensch model.
