ram is pretty easy to buy more the merrier. but yeah your pc sucks :P
also i learnt the other day that i think on windows vista and maybe windows 7 that you can turn USB drives into RAM. ?
Found the link. not sure if it will speed up your computer or anything but just thought it was interesting.

Judging from the mainboard chipset i guess you're running some old core2duo and something like 8800GT (nvidia) or HD3870 (ATI) as your graphics card...

4GB RAM is plenty for an old PC like yours. You probably won't run much faster, because your CPU and GPU are slowing things down anyway. It's not worth to upgrade single elements of such a system anymore. Rather save up some more money and wait a few month more to get a new one.

that's comparable to what i expected... Someone correct me, if i am wrong, but i don't think more RAM will significantly enhance your system.

"sadface" Thats makes me sad...
Like I can run games on mid settings fine I think but then I try to stream it starts to lag as hell..
I looked at the task manager and saw that I use almost all of my 4gigs of ram so I thought perhaps I should add more..

No, throwing RAM at it wont help you unless you do something that really uses it.
