Ok, just had a 4vs4 game and the guys spammed t70 after 5 minutes and t34/76 after 7 minute mark. Now I know that in these large team games tanks turn up quicker, but I became suspicious.
When I watched the replay I realized that the Russian players that chose the Soviet Industry doctrine gained +17 fuel immediately at 0 cp compared to +4 of the other Russian players.
This basically means that Soviet Industry is STILL broken and the industry ability at 3cp is already in force at 0 cp.
Relic, please act.
