Also I get stuck frequently in 'please wait' while connecting with other players in game lobby. Only option being to restart the game
Had one instance when COH2 said that I lost internet connection when it wasn't so. Had to restart because it wouldn't reconnect.

Here's one I haven't heard anyone mention yet:
In a 3v3 yesterday, I immediately queued up two conscripts from my HQ. They never started building, could not be cancelled, and stayed in the queue throughout the game.
Eventually I was able to build other units/upgrades out of the HQ. The first two conscript "orders" remained in the queue, however, not building AND taking up space in the build queue (ie I could only make one thing at a time, because 2/3 of the queue was already "filled").
This had no effect on other buildings that I made.
NB this happened in a game where one teammate got the "All commanders disappear after loading" bug. I forgot to save the replay. Sorry Q_Q
