I woulod love to see fuel -> ammo ability in different commanders.
The Osttruppen Doctrine commander also has that ability, Redistribute Resources.

I think this ability + Tiger would be cool.
Btw wonder when Relic will make something like "Make your own doctrine" and each ability for 3$... :/

Lol, those would be broken as hell. I could already picture something like PPSh, 120 mm mortar, shocks/guards + KV-8 & IS-2... no thanks.

They could make 'make your own doctines'.. so long as each individual unit/ability blocked out any that would be too OP with it. Granted it would still be tricky to make sure some combinations were not too good.
