When early snipers spotted,

(1) Spam Grens like no tomorrow
(2) Get Lightning Doctrine
(3) Avoid snipers and cap the map
(4) Get G43s
(5) Tactical Movement swarm grens into sniper like they are honey
(6) ???
(7) Get Ostwind and wait for Tiger
(8) Profit

I had few mistakes and still got my grens sniped and wiped out, only to kill those goddamn snipers.

The Grens didn't really counter the snipers though, they kept having to retreat over and over again. If the Soviets built an early ziz or tank the ostwind would of had to retreat as well.

In 3v3 or 2v2, supported snipers are uncounterable if its 2 snipers or 3 (Siberian style).Scout cars are just too weak, and guards come too early :/

It's literally a hard counter to EVERYTHING the Germans have. In team games it becomes so saturated it's unstoppable.

The easiest way is using a mortar halftrack. No amount of support units are going to protect the snipers from that thing.

And why must I use a doctrine I do not want in team games? If I pick an early-mid doctrine, in late game I wont have the elefant to protect me from the Isu152, its ridiculous.

It's a team game. Have a teammate protect you with an elephant.

Yes. Or, you could try and find a teammate that you can play with on a regular basis. This way you don't have to pray anymore.

Also I find that getting half track (not upgraded - assuming they have guards) and reinforcing you squads in the front line will let you stay in the fight.

You have to still play smart though as the manpower bleed will hurt.
