Not quite sure how to word this so people understand but ill try.
When you click a unit the picture of the unit comes up on the bottom left of the screen. If there are any active abilities (or passive) such as, "freezing, first shot, concentrated fire" etc.. it shows on that same picture.
There is a bug (or maybe just overlooked) error in the "concentrated fire" description when its active on your units. Concentrated fire comes is an Arty Officer ability which boosts units firepower (this I am assuming because....that's the bug. No description). When you look at the icon over the unit picture when Concentrated fire is active there is a "NO KEY" and a bunch of numbers in the description. Please fix?

Does the concentrated fire work? (it has to make all mortar or thing like that in range fire even if they are in CD)

I believe the active ability works, its just the description that is messed up. You have to look at the surrounding units picture icons and hover over the small "Concentrated Fire" icon on the unit.
