-5% Cooldown for rifles

Does anyone know if this only effects Grenadiers Kar98 rifles or does it effect the LMG/G43 upgrades also?
If I had to take hell, I would use the Australians to take it and the New Zealanders to hold it

It applies to any weapon they are holding.
