A little conflicted about this zombie, survival hybrid MMO....ive done some research on it, but without actually playing it yet, its pretty uninformed.
Has anyone tried this yet? Impressions so far? Worth it?

I played the mod a year ago and atm playing the SA.
That's the only game which gave me a real fucked up tachycardia.
It's really intense and immersive but you have to spend a good amount of times to enjoy it. Thus, it's not a game for casuals.
And as the encounters are totally randoms, you might love it or find it boring as fuck.

Your spawn is totally random. So you can directly spawn next to a big city or maybe you'll spawn next to a small village.
Same with people, you might not see anybody for a shit ton of hours. Or maybe, you'll pass by a friendly dude, or maybe you'll get sniped from 200m by surprise.
Right now in the SA, zombies aren't working properly and are just a few. Which is really really lame as the major interest of the mod was to survive the zeds first. Now, it's just just PvP fest/killin spree.
You can really play this game the way you want.
With the first character I had, I walked around the map for 5 days just to discover.
