Recon Mode (+40% Sight)
-20% Reload
+20% Accuracy

Veterancy 3

+20% Rotation
+20% Acceleration
+20% Max Speed
+30% Sight

Look at the minimap to see how awesome the vision is on a vetted T70: about 1/3 the length of a small map. This little bugger works as an amazing spotter for indirect fire and for setting up ambushes.

try a vet 3 scout car with spotting scope you can see nearly the whole map :D
