Hmm I dont guess so, i was on 45 MB and was deleting an 8 MB map to upload an 4 MB map and NO WAY !
Error 2 no matter what i do.
Also other maps : NO WAY ! But if i wanna upload back the map i was deleting its no problem !!!!!!!

Seems the Codefile was too long or too big. I was useing the code comand also at the end same as with the post before and also was edit it a few times , but it looks always like this.
.............anyway i did nothing different on this map , and if i send it to a friend by Mail he can give the file in his coh2 Folder and can play the map same as i can , but its impossible to bring it in the workshop : always Error 2

That log does not seem to contain anything work shop related. Please do the following:
1. Launch COH2
2. Attempt to publish the problematic map
3. If an error occurs, minimize the game
4. Open warnings.log and post here via pastebin
This way we can make sure the log contains workshop related entries.
Note that if you have warnings.log already opened, COH2 will create a new one, named "warnings1.log". If warnings1.log is occupied as well, warnings2.log will be created, and so on.

So i was retrying now and it is the exactly same code , with warning1, warning 2 and eaven 3 because i was doing it 4 times now and anytime was the same !
This is the warning i get always when i get Error 2 ! There is no other code existing was retrying it one Houer.
Hmm...thats soo sad.... but thanks for your time and your help !
I will search also Online in other Forums if this code brings us not to an result.

man I've been dealing with this since December... i have 25.. yes 25 maps to share, but cant due to this crap. I did have them on my website, but assholes kept uploading them to the workshop so pulled the files page from site until this is resolved. It's VERY lame. I wish they would just tell us there's a limit or whatever... at least we'd know what to do, make smaller maps, prioritize best maps, etc... since Sega bought em I have had several issues... lame-ola.

There is something strange going on. I'm unable to publish my map on my laptop but it's fine on my desktop. I even tried that with exactly the same cable to the router, unplugged desktop and plugged it to my laptop. Error code 2, nothing appearing to warnings.log.

Hi they,
I have had this problem but sovle it with a simplen solution!
You map name´on the seb.file can not have *(,)* in the file name you want to upload, when using worldbuilder.
You tent to forget as I did, that when working in Worldbuilder, the map name can not have these symbole in it. It is in worldbuilder Senario that you give you real name for the ingame.
So remember that.
It works for me now. So just check your maps in the folder under worldbuilder. Call the map like 8p_mapname (what ever size your map is for) and then in senarios in worldbuilder on your map you call it (what ever mapsize you have) (4 - 6)mapname and this is what will be ingame name.

Yeah, unfortunately my maps are around the same size (but often smaller) and still do this! I have had occasions where stamping an entire map and renaming it has worked, but by the time a map is completely finished, it always gets this error.
