hey guys, why is the rain not making sound ?

you have to use an action marker and attach rain sound to it. But even this sound is so quiet, that you won't hear it over the ingame music. The alternative is to use the ambient sound properties.
I will simply lol at anyone expecting such a change to a 2 year old general use infantry.
Equally possible are pershing for USF, IS-3 for soviets or ober nerf for OKW.

Rainsounds work now, just go to the atmosphere settings /weather and set it to meduim or heavy rain.

Since you have to set it to raining to get snow, how do you then disable the audio effects, so it doesn't sound like an apocalyptic mix of rain & snow? I'm sure I'm missing something!

The last option in the weather section
Weather type:
Medium or Heavy rain for the sound effect are necessary.
Sunny or light rain and no sound will occur.
I will simply lol at anyone expecting such a change to a 2 year old general use infantry.
