Scenario > Atmosphere Properties > Weather.?????
What Button there is it ?
I was already useing the settings from a Winter map one to one to my Map but nothing changed !
I know where Atmosphere Properties > Weather is but i find no way there to change my Buildings or Objects, to make them snow-covert !
Can some of you tell me exactly how to do it ?
I feel like a noob argh .....
And Thx for the fast answers !!

Close world builder and follow this tutorial->>>> How-To: Winter Skins in custom maps
Winter Skins applies on some buildings from coh and coh2, and of course the units

Your specific answer was in the Deep Snow Tool? thread.
Go into the Heightmap Editor (the 14th toolbar icon from the left). The bottom checkbox is "[]Edit top layer (i.e. snow)" - when you click that box, instead of editing the terrain elevation, you'll be editing the depth of the snow (which will accumulate on objects as you place it).
