Are Paras the only thing that counters Falls?

Paratroopers are about the only ones that can do the job, with the double M1919s upgrade working the best, but 4 Thompsons do okay. Rangers have 4 Thompsons too but they just seem terrible for some reason compared to Paratroopers.

I'm trying to figure out another counter besides going USF Paratroopers.
I'm not sure that it will have any results replying you seriosly, without trolling, but alright I'il try.
OKW wont have fallshims for every single IS\Rifle squad. Dont fight them 1v1 fight them 2v1. If they have volks supporting focus fire fallsh.
I know that grenadirs\volks are garbage compared to penals\Rifles\IS but you shouldnt have a habbit of thinking that your Allied inf can roflstomp everything by itself without using combined arms.
If you cant counter inf with inf dont use only inf, use inderect fire\sniper\LVs\MG. Allies have best LVs for this reason.
But if its late game and OKW has AI jaghttiger supported by AI Elephant, then you lost your advantage as allies and didnt win the game or didnt snowballed into lategame. Time to suffer.

Well sure, but again its in general very viable build order that UKF play this days. If you dont want to play IS only, use Universal carrier or use Vekers. But still overall 4 IS start into bolster is still the most prominent build order overall, in any situation.
Most of the time when OKW would have 2 CP, you are able to have 4 IS on the field and bolster (ofcouse if match isnt one-sided) + I belive you can even push weapon racks (by delaying AEC) and have like 2 brens by that time.
Commandos can deal with fallshims just as good, if you ambush with them. Officer can also be very usefull as a protection from close range rushes.
Also if you truly want to have some advise, you need to give context of how you are loosing to Fallshims.
Because even if you have one 5 men IS squad in cover and fallshims rush you from long range, even if they force you to retreat they would end up being heavily beaten and would probably retreat aswell.

This. And it's not like double bren 5 men tommies are weak either, falls don't exactly spank them

Sure, but it´s not like you can afford to build Shermans and spam HE as USF in team games. That´s purely a 1v1 thing. You absolutely HAVE TO fit 2 Jacksons into your popcap (or you get destroyed by armor, and AT guns get killed in like 1.2 seconds by the Falls blob), as well as some indirect fire. Not to mention it gets destroyed way too easily by double Raks, not even counting in Axis armor. And even if you did make a Sherman, one is not enough, even on HE, to hold back a Falls blob. They just spread out and ignore it. Before it does it´s damage, all your infantry is forced back, if you´re lucky. Usually, they get at least one wipe with their ridiculous accuracy at all ranges and situations.

So in other words, I have to exploit/break the game in order to win. I think that was the point of the original post, lol. Not to mention that if your tanks are fighting, you wouldn´t be able to reinforce your infantry, which causes you to completely run out of momentum. It´s retarded.

You dont have to, but you also have to right to complain since game provide you an option to have more units. If it was game exploiut\break then it would have been fixed.
If you dont like to learn how to play the game properly, then you have no right to complain about it really.

I am not saying it´s not possible, I am simply saying it´s fucking stupid. Also, it´s irrelevant, because Shermans get wrecked by AT anyway, so they won´t do much against infantry in the late game. The only USF vehicle that works against infantry in the late game is the Calliope. The others either get destroyed too easily (like the Sherman and the AAHT), or don´t do enough damage (like the Scott). I still have to try Armor Company, though. Maybe the 105 Sherman could do the job? At least on CQC maps, it seems like a solid choice.
