Bugsplat each match - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

I hope someone can help me here. I got me a new PC in January and since then i cannot play COH2 anymore. All other games are running fine.

When the match starts the game crashes to desktop within the first 3 minutes, mostly. If it does not crash, it will randomly crash during the match. The warning.log file always say the following after each crash:

Error: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED
Desc: Removed because DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
Code: 5, Facility: 2170, Severity: 1
Call: [pSwapChain->SetFullscreenState( bFullScreenMode ? TRUE : FALSE, nullptr )]

What i have tried so far:
- All Radeon versions since november 2019
- always newest BIOS (current Version 2607)
- Chipset driver always newest
- fresh install of the game many times
- verified game cache in steam many times
- Different compability modes (Windows XP to Windows 8, run as administrator, ...)
- PCIe set to Gen3
- XMP On/Off
- different Startoptions (-refresh 60, ...)
- Different resolutions and grahpic settings in game and radeon driver
- No Software running in the background (MSI Afterburner, Anti-Virus, ...)
... and probably some things i already forgot.

My PC Specs
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RX 5700XT Red Devil
RAM: DDR4 32 GB @ 2133 MHz
Mainboard: Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus WiFi
SSD: Silicon Power PCIe M.2 NVMe SSD M.2 1TB
Power supply: Bequit 550W straight power 11

I appreciate any help and try out anything to make the game work

Hi. Reinstall directX, try this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

Yes i already tried to reinstall DirectX, but the installer says that it is already installed and no further actions are needed.
The only work around i have found is to change to 64 bit Beta in Steam and download the files. Then open and close the game and switch back in steam to 32 bit version and download files again.
Each time i do that the game does not crash for hours. This only works for one day, i dont know if it crashes again if i close the game or only after i shut down the pc.
