I was still thinking if it's possible to modify the AI behavior of certain units, mainly for OKW and British, but also a little for the other factions:

Most armored vehicles (T-34 both variants, M4C Sherman, SU76M, SU-85, IS-2, Stug III Ausf G, Panzer IV Medium Tank, Panther, Puma, Tiger, Tiger Ace, Elefant, M4A3E8 Sherman, M10 TD, M36 Jackson, King Tiger, Jagdtiger): May switch between preferred target: vehicles, just like from the British Tanks.

The M4A3 Sherman and the ISU-152 may use preferred target: vehicles if loaded with AP rounds, but will never do so or turn it off when loaded with HE rounds.

British Infantry Sections may construct caches on territory point when not actively attacking and if the faction has excess manpower to spare.

British Tank Hunters Infantry Sections may use HEAT grenades to cripple enemy vehicles.

OKW Volksgrenadiers may toss incendiary grenades at clustered infantry, more likely on infantry in buildings and trenches.

OKW Jaegers and Obersoldaten may booby trap territory points when not actively attacking and if there side has excess munitions.

Ostheer Wehrmacht vehicles may use smoke if threatened and if they have the right doctrine.

British tanks may switch off preferred target: vehicles when attacked by infantry.

Then again, the unskilled people working on this are too busy to listen. What's more the community and the playerbase don't have permission to use the tools to mod their behaviors.

man, seriously, how many times have you been told that you can freely access the modding tools and edit the hell out of anything you want (within the limitations of said tools, of course)? you were even pointed to this guide to help getting you set up, yet you still keep repeating the same nonsense over and over like a broken record.
get a grip ffs... if you had invested half the energy into modding than you spend whinging over relic and 'the community' not listening to your expert advice, you'd be all set with a mod that fixes each and every perceived flaw of the game by now.
