(If this is the wrong place for this topic, mods move me somewhere else.)

When I was a new player, it was hard to find out what to do. Google "Soviet Build Orders Company of Heroes 2." While there is good information there, you will be hard pressed to find a short video that just tells you what to build. As someone who is new to the game and not lurking in Discord, it can be hard to know what to build.

So I decided to make short videos cataloguing CoH2 build orders starting with two USF builds.

My goal is to make videos under 5 minutes that go through standard builds and tell new players what to buy. Afterwards, I want to catalogue cheeses and old meta builds to preserve CoH2's history.

If you want to submit a build, please shoot me a message, and if you like the video, consider showing it to your friend that doesn't know what to do.

Thank you for your time,

Autobahn Bisquick

If you wanna find builds, best thing you can do is look at streams on twitch.

And I'm saying that it shouldn't be that way-- There should be easy access to information on YouTube.

Nice effort.

Here you can find the built order of top players used in a recent tournament.

I mean.....go for it if you want to. It’s not exactly easy to put on youtube and builds tend to change a lot as players try out new stuff or adapt to opponents.

I am intetested in chipping a build in, but:
For which modes? And how far do you want to take the build? Late game really relies on what your opponent is building. Early game is way more stable for build orders.

Realistically, only the first 5-7 units could be considered a "build order".

This is definitely a lot more complex to do but capping orders on certain maps would likely be just as helpful as knowing which units to build early on.

It's very outdated at the moment, but I still think fondly of DevM's USF guides which drew ms paint lines on maps like Crossing on the Road for capping orders.

I really only play 1v1, so those are the builds I know, but if you have something you want to pitch, by all means, go ahead.

The example I posted is meant for new players, so it goes pretty far to provide a guideline. If yours doesn't go so far, that's fine.

If you have a vision you want made into a video, shoot me a pm

That sounds like a good idea, but I would ned to do more research on that one.
