Imagine thinking the DR for Grens should be removed.

And while Brits are in a bad spot, there should be no buff to Tommies. We don't need the old 4 man a-move blob back.

Imagine thinking the DR for Grens should be removed AND Tommies need to be reverted to their broken OP status.

The thread was wonderful and constructive until it turned into a shouting match.

Please keep it civil, and try to avoid emotional wording.

The T70 has been an over performing crutch unit for years now. Why its lethality hasn't been touched is beyond me.

Yea, UKF is in a bad place right now, but they absolutely do not need Tommie buffs. Vet 3, double-bren tommies are already absurdly powerful (honestly, nerf-worthy). UKF needs some buffs, but they need to come from places that actually make sense - a normal mortar, vehicle snares, etc.

If, in some crazy way, it's found that UKF needs better infantry options, I would instead nerf tommies and add a second infantry squad later in tech, similar to Cons -> Penals, Grens -> PGrens, or Volks -> Obers.

Why does Tommy have such an OP stat?

The tommy should also play the advanced AI-infantry of other factions in the late game.

Does the UKF have Pzgren? no
Does the UKF have obersoldaten? no

That's why Relic designed Tommy so
Of course, to be so strong, only the UKF should invest a lot of fuel in Tommy when other factions don't invest in infantry.
I think it's fair.

Is there any alternative in the UK now that Tommy is weak?
Adding units such as Pzgren and obersoldaten to UKF is a new balance problem and breaking individuality

Very simply, make Tommy play the same role as before.

The reason Tommy was OP was because the timing of the bolster upgrade was too fast.

Move the Bolster upgrade to the Company command post and delay the timing, so even Tommy from the previous stats won't matter much.

That would be right, if games were ending before they got into the late game.

Players aren't going to surrender in a tourney until they are completely destroyed. Whomever comes out on top of the LV mid game will have a strong advantage in the lategame, especially if they stole any teamweapons.

The balance isn't that bad, it just happens when you look at the top tier play from the best players in the world these things start to stack on each other. It's an advantage not an I win button.

atomic rocket

Thank you so much for your "kindness"

USF - no need to change
UKF - roll back the Tommy and buff tactics
SOV - nerf 7 man conscript reinforce cost, increase Is-2 cost and nerf accuracy a little, nerf shock troop(6 man -> 5 man)

OST - nerf Tiger accuracy a little, Delete grenadier Vet 3 Damage reduction and give RA back

OKW - Make Mg34 can be produced without a tier building

The Mode team should be more careful when they do balance patches

If the mod team is going to buff or nerf something, they should think about how this change affects the game and is in the right direction.

It's very basic but the mod team doesn't even do this

If a heavy tank has become so strong, how can a commander without a heavy tank beat a commander with heavy tank?

Is the mod team really thinking about the balance between commanders?

Are the skills of a commander without a heavy tank better than the skills of a commander with a heavy tank? No

The heavy tank patch further narrowed the commander's choice and actually forced the heavy tank in competitive tournaments

The heavy tank is a tanker that breaks through the line, not a "win button" that does everything
