Why playing northern Langres need rebalancing

Using assgrens/lmg grens and tiger I could easily cap the cut-off points from GeneralGiap playing in the North. Show why the northern cut-off point (right side) need to be moved or do some map rebalancing because it to easy to cut off the north atm.
