This is a short informational replay rather than a full-blown match, but it marks a turning point in which I have worked out how to reliably deal with USF Mechanized Company light vehicle call-ins as OKW.

The main problem I find is that trying to use raketens against T0 vehicles rarely works. They take forever to get in place and then they always seem to miss their first shot, at which point you generally have to retreat it so it doesn't get wiped and the opponent knows to watch out for it in future. You're also then down a squad in terms of map control.

In terms of Mechanized Company the answer is apparently sturmpioneers. Volks can't seem to penetrate a WC51 worth a damn, but sturms will mess them up. You will need a raketen or two afterwards though.

Anywho, this match has:

  • A hero raketenwerfer that almost singlehandedly saved the Fatherland against the Yankee hordes.
  • So many dead light vehicles.
  • Me beating a top 100 player (Yay!)
  • Not a single damn JLI due to Hitler apparently sending them enmass to the frontlines somewhere else.

If you're struggling like I was, I hope you find this helpful. Also, build more mines than I did :)
