So in hind sight I could have focused more on muni's more then fuel so as to feed my more infantry focused strat that I apparently wanted to go.
Don't say "be better" because fuck you.
I don't understand why the 222 is vulnerable to rifle caliber rounds. It really just doesn't do anything all that well which leaves the Ostheer with no early armor. They die too easily, they're vulnerable to everything, and they don't really seem to do that much damage all that quickly. Before this game I was kicking the ass of an American player who would rush to a stuart and then I had nothing against him. "get shrecks". Don't have the muni's. Needed them to control the map. "Get AT gun". Don't have the manpower after reinforcing and building and tiering up. A light tank would just drive right by it anyway. I MIGHT get one shot off.
Anyway. This strat, in the replay, just blows my mind that it's viable. He had NO map control and still won.
Glad to find another game that's broken balance wise and it's dev's don't care about. Not to mention I'm going against pro's in ranked alot becuase of the low player count because ppl aren't sticking with the game. Gee, I wonder why.
What could I do?

You were clearly upset when you wrote this, but take a deep breath and I'll see if I can look through your match tonight
Before watching I can answer some of your quiesitons up front.
For the 222 I agree that this vehicle is in a bit of a strange spot at the moment, because its main job used to be hunting down snipers and it is horrible at doing that at the moment. In general you should use it like a recon vehicle decent dps at range but also very vulnerable. only close the distance on retreating units, even lighter vehicles or isolated infantry without access to snares.
One of the things that you criticize is in my opinion also one of the greatest strength of this game, this being able to craw your way to victory from the brink of defeat. You are obviously having an advantage when you are ahead on ressources, but you should never feel safe before the second that the match has ended. some good play, flanks and a dabble of blind luck and RNG can turn a match very quickly and you need to always have this in the back of your mind and thinking ahead, not on what unit would be nice right now, but what unit will be absolutely wital 3-4 minutes from now.
The player base certainly would benefit from a few thousand more regulars, but I would say that the balance is still fairly decent unless you are in the absolute top or bottom of the game. It has most of its players in the european time zone, so for optimal match making you should check in at european post-work/school hours. But also both the US and Asia has a decent abount of players so horribly unbalanced games should be the exception rather than the rule.
I can't say much more untill I watched your game, but for future reference (and to keep in line with forum rules), you should post your replay requests in this thread https://www.coh2.org/forum/109/replay-reviews

"its main job used to be hunting down snipers"
I'm sorry, come again? You're trying to sit there and tell me that a vehicle that costs, what was it, 240mp and 30 fuel has the main purpose of chasing down snipers??? Uh no. That'd be like saying the T-70 is meant for chasing snipers. I mean they both have a similar cost right?
Can you have your big opinion AFTER you've watched the replay? I don't need opinions and pointers from ppl who assume.

But he's not helping. He's assuming and telling me standard stuff I already know.
I like how you guys are taking text so personally.

If you ask people for help, then accept whatever they have to say. Otherwise, start your game, run the replay and analyse it yourself you dipshit.

Ok I think I'll just save my time and review replays from someone who might appreciate it instead.
Good luck breaking rank 1500
