Well-played from Fangish who manages to wrest map control back from me with some great T-34/AT gun usage that really set me on the back foot...Turns into quite the nailbiter as armor just keeps getting destroyed on all sides. Really good unit preservation from both players with all kinds of vet 3 stuff running around at the end. Panzerwerfer FTW...

I opened this replay expecting the soviets to come back and win, not come back and lose xD
I think what ultimately decided the match was the soviet player leaving too many t34s out of position. Also he was sort of aggressive with the use of ram without any nearby support units to repair. The German player was more careful with his tanks and thus, had more to close out the match.
The soviet player was very skilled with his AT gun placement. That was fun to watch, I notice good players walk their AT guns back to their base and reinforce them to keep them safe and able to continue fighting.
Good play taking out the German rocket halftrack as well. Those things can't take hits well.
Overall, the soviet player was on the ropes from the beginning and the main thing keeping him in it was the use of AT guns and AT grenades to eliminate the first few panzer4s. Would have liked to see him go all the way.
