One of the most intense games I've played on COH2, a good amount of back and forth and intense (?) matches for the middle VP
This is low level play, so plenty of stupid mistakes from me and my opponent, but I hope this replay is enjoyable anyway.

Ah man, you have played 69 games in 1v1 total, and all of them Soviets. Some people here have over a thousand game with one faction alone. I can review the replay for you, but at this stage I think the only pertinent advice i could give you is going to be covered here:

Practice practice practice! Learning by doing is the best way. Also you watch watch live games that are happening in the game or tune into twitch a streamer to see how they actually play and control their units etc.
