its not a bug its an abuse strat
1. Relic bans, not me. 2. It stands in the rules: If you are banned more often, the duration increase and can lead in the end to permaban 3. The Case is bigger as you guys think. So pls step 1 step away pls. 4. I am not a player in the 4vs4 cup, because of RL work.

t his is intended not a bug. it allows for teamwork you can drop your ally weapons, something weapon racks don't' allow unless you are brits. but yes he can pick them up, so can enemy thats part of balance of the mechanic. but more importantly im not sure you understand what a bug actually is, this is an intentional design decision. if your not keen on sharing might want to play 1s. 
Failure is always an option.
