GG,is the IS-2 really non-meta though? I mean, I would acknowledge it has taken a bit of a backseat since Penals/Maxims/Partisans etc are so batshit insane....but its still a solid call-in doc.

That's why why I've said that's non meta build these days (4 cons with molos) but still IS is uncommon choice in case of guards doctrines.
At least we won't have doubts to Price's build Kappa
