I think these guys have managed to recreate the Soviet Industry (6 - 8 T34-85s, if I remembered correctly). We couldn't stop their massive wave of tanks... Their synergy is just too powerful...

You guys had a really sloppy early game.
OKW are hard to play into MG spam
and your OST buddy got your fuel cut off and they pretty much had like 70% of the map at that point.
(5 minute mark)

OST : make 1 less sniper for an mg, way easier to hold territory this way
OKW : should have went for mid and top cut off or farmed vet at bottom by flanking --> plant truck in good spot with leig and you have mid control

most 2v2 the game is played depending on what your OST buddy does, since everyone knows what OKW is going to do (volks spam into leig..)

Sorry I didn't state it clear but i'm the Ostheer player.

I don't like going Sniper against Soviet cause their large squad sizes just make the sniper play seems unrewarding. Also, is it just me or Grenadier just don't stand a chance 1v1-ing the Penal? If that's the case then how the hell i'm gonna stop them without sending a pair of Grens just to deal with 1 Penal squad?‎

Work on your MG play, try this build for now.
3x Gren 1 MG into a Mortar
Then Phase up for LMG's and medic bunker

Eventually you'll be comfortable enough to do
2x Gren 2x MG, good MG micro is HUGE in 2v2, especially when players are stacking on one side of the map.

I like sniper play as OST, because you can snipe models and let your OKW wreck even more havoc with his stormpios and AK volks
