Hey 
At 2 min the 2 man squad that retreated should have captured the vp.
You should really work on your build order and micro. Get medic before all troops fall back, send your units immediately out when they are fully healed, dont blob and use cover !
It doesnt make any sense to go into more detail but if you have any further questions pls ask. Furthermore i would advice you to watch/read some guides for beginners under der "guides" section. Tightropes starter series is a good hint
