I don't think KV1 has wrong cost and performance. It does exactly what is supposed to do.
The KV1 is a defensive heavy tank, and it is excellent at that, and for some unknown reason to me it performs way better against OKW than against OST.
And now that the T34s are buffed and 85s have more pen, the combinations are endless
